Needs to exhibit enthusiasm as a team member.  Sometimes fails to prepare for team meetings.  Falls behind schedule in assigned tasks by the team. Contributes to group discussions and follows up with assigned tasks on a timely basis. Studies and understands relevant concepts of the proposal. Shows great interest in learning and assisting the team’s success with the proposal. Frequently leads efforts and delivers more than required as a team member.

Overcomes weaknesses related to analysis by working hard and asking good questions.  Draws conclusions and translates them to a layman’s language. Analytically strong and hard working.  Writes well and plays a critical role in the team’s success.  Team members value his/her contributions very highly.

Relatively independent and confident while completing project related tasks and also collaborates well with team members.  Seeks feedback at appropriate times.  Completes project on a timely basis. Excellent collaborator and efficient while completing project related tasks.  Grasps and integrates project components.  Keeps team members and supervisor appraised of progress.  High performance evaluations by supervisor and team members.
